At RKFitnessLondon, I combine evidence based strength training with a supportive, personalised approach to help women build strength, confidence and a solid foundation of movement.

Through a combination of resistance training and core stability work, every session is designed to help you feel stronger, move better and grow in confidence. My focus is on creating sessions that challenge you while remaining enjoyable and sustainable.

With a strong emphasis on correct technique and form, I'll ensure you train safely and effectively, giving you the knowledge and confidence to progress at your own pace. Drawing on my professional background in dance, I also incorporate flexibility and mobility training to support functional movement, improve performance and help reduce the risk of injury.

Every programme is completely tailored to you. Your training is built around your goals, experience and lifestyle, so it feels achievable, enjoyable and fits into your everyday life. I truly believe the best training plan is one you look forward to, because when you enjoy what you're doing, consistency comes naturally and that's what leads to lasting results.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 3 Pre & Post Natal Trainer

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor

  • BA (Hons) Degree in Dance
