To be able to participate in RKFitness Retreats you must be able to travel to our destinations independently (by car). Travel is not included, but parking will be available. Payment must be made in full by 1st September 2026 latest.

We strongly recommend that all participants arrange appropriate travel insurance (including medical cover) to protect against illness, injury, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances (This can normally be found for less than £10). This must be bought independently, as it is not included in the Retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

Payment Plan Agreement By selecting the payment plan option, you are entering into a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments in full.
Obligation to Pay You acknowledge that the payment plan is not a subscription or pay-as-you-go model, but a structured method of paying the full retreat fee. Once enrolled, you are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time, regardless of attendance at the retreat or changes to personal circumstances.
Non-Payment / Failed Payments If a scheduled payment is missed, you will be notified immediately and must provide payment within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your place on the retreat.
Cancellations If you are no longer able to attend the retreat, you may cancel up to 6 months before 9 October 2026 to receive a refund, minus the deposit.

- If you cancel less than 6 months before the retreat date, you will receive no refund and remain liable for the full retreat fee. However, if your space can be filled, you may receive a partial refund, minus the deposit, depending on the amount for which the space is resold.

- If you cancel within 2 months of the retreat, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason I needed to cancel or postpone the Retreat, your payments made up to that point will be applied to the rescheduled Retreat.
