To be able to participate in RKFitness Retreats you must be able to travel to our destinations independently (by car). Travel is not included, but parking will be available. Payment must be made in full by 1st March 2026 (if you select the monthly payment plan option) or 6th October 2025 (if you are paying in full).

We strongly recommend that all participants arrange appropriate travel insurance (including medical cover) to protect against illness, injury, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances (This can normally be found for less than £10). This must be bought independently, as it is not included in the Retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Plan Agreement By selecting the 6-month payment plan option, you are entering into a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments in full. This agreement remains in effect even if the final instalments are due after the retreat has taken place.

2. Obligation to Pay You acknowledge that the payment plan is not a subscription or pay-as-you-go model, but a structured method of paying the full retreat fee. Once enrolled, you are responsible for ensuring all payments are made on time, regardless of attendance at the retreat or changes to personal circumstances.

3. Non-Payment / Failed Payments If a scheduled payment is missed, you will be notified immediately and must provide payment within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in:

   • Suspension of your place on the retreat (if prior to the event).

   • Referral of the outstanding balance to a collections process (if after the retreat).

   • Additional administrative or legal costs associated with recovering overdue payments.

4. Cancellations If you cancel your booking after committing to a payment plan, you remain liable for the full retreat fee. Refunds are not available.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason I needed to cancel or postpone the Retreat, your payments made up to that point will be applied to the rescheduled Retreat.
