Protein Pancakes Recipe

Protein Pancakes are the perfect breakfast or brunch, before or after your workout! With this easy recipe you can make them in no time at all for your protein fix!
I use MyProtein Vanilla Whey Protein for this recipe (https://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/impact-whey-protein/10530943.html?autocomplete=productsuggestion)
RECIPE:
Mash 1 banana well.
Mix together 1 egg, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein and the mashed banana.
Pre heat a frying pan on a medium heat with some olive oil spray or drizzled in it.
Pour the mixture into the frying pan and cook for approximately 30 secs-1minute on each side.
Repeat this until you have used up all the mixture (this usually makes 3 pancakes for me).
I top my protein pancakes with melted peanut butter- melt in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, Raspberry sauce (https://www.m-s.gr/en/product/rasberry-dessert-sauce-4/), greek yoghurt, strawberries and blueberries.
